Ara Guler Museum

Ara Guler Museum is a museum dedicated to the life and work of Ara Guler, one of Turkey's most renowned photojournalists. The museum was founded in 2005 by the Dogus Group in cooperation with Guler himself. The museum houses a collection of Guler's photographs as well as his personal belongings and memorabilia.

The Ara Guler Museum wanted to develop a new strategy for its publishing arm. The museum wanted to increase its visibility and reach a wider audience with its publications.

We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the museum's current publishing program and the competitive landscape. We also interviewed key stakeholders, including museum staff, authors, and potential readers.

Our goals for the new publishing strategy were;

  • INCREASE THE VISIBILITY OF THE ARA GuLER MUSEUM'S PUBLICATIONS.
  • REACH A WIDER AUDIENCE WITH THE MUSEUM'S PUBLICATIONS.
  • TO GENERATE INCOME FROM THE MUSEUM'S PUBLICATIONS.
  • SUPPORT THE MUSEUM'S MISSION OF PRESERVING AND PROMOTING THE LEGACY OF ARA GuLER.
